If you are having trouble viewing the camera, this page should help you. The first time you try to access the webcam, the site will want you to download and install an ActiveX control called Axis Media Control. You may see the camera window looking like this:
If you get the above image, click on it and it will install the media control.
For users of Windows XP; you may get a bar like this:
If so, click on it to bring up a menu like the one below and click on "Install ActiveX Control..."
The browser you are using is likely to give you a security warning like the one below, click on install if it asks this, and allow some time for it to download and install.
You need administrative rights to be able to install the media control. If you are still unable to view the image, click on the "Trouble seeing image?" link just below the camera image window. This will load a view of the webcam which should be accessible on all computers.
